AS-Schneider Soft Seated Direct Mount 2 Valve Manifolds H2S Type are normally flanged between the Stabilized Connectors and a 5 Valve Manifold. The 2 Valve Manifolds are roddable and are providing 2 auxiliary ports (1/2 NPT female plugged). Accessory Kits incl. washers are required for manifold to transmitter mounting, because the manifolds are provided with slotted bolt holes.

AS-Schneider Soft Seated Direct Mount 5 Valve Manifolds H5S/H5L Type are flanged on the process side to an Orifice Meter-Stabilized connector-(if necessary Spacer / 2 Valve Manifold)-Assembly and on the outlet to a Differential Pressure Transmitter resp. an Adapter-Transmitter-Assembly. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female and is supplied with a fitted Bug Plug. The test ports 1/4 NPT female are plugged by default. AS-Schneider Adapters, either ΔP to Static or ΔP to ΔP Adapters, are flanged to the 5 Valve Manifolds when more than one measurement on a single set of orifice taps is required. The ΔP to Static Adapter is designed to mount both a Static Transmitter and a Differential Pressure Transmitter. The ΔP to ΔP Adapter is designed to mount 2 Differential Pressure Transmitters, - typically for custody transfer or bi-directional flow applications. The vent connection is 1/4 NPT female, the ports are plugged by default.

AS-Schneider Stabilized Connectors are close coupled to orifice meter / orifice fittings. The inlet connection (process connection), as standard, is 1/2 NPT male threaded. The Stabilized Connectors are always supplied in pairs. Depending on the application, a Stabilizer Shoe is supplied resp. recommended providing a very solid and efficient connection.
