The SITRANS FCS100 is a compact Coriolis precision flow sensor from the SITRANS FC series. It has been specially developed for low-flow applications and is suitable for precise measurement tasks involving very small flow rates.

The sensor is available for nominal sizes from DN 1 to DN 8. Thanks to its very compact, double-curved sensor design, the SITRANS FCS100 can also be used in systems with limited installation space. A key advantage is that it can be installed in confined spaces without inlet and outlet restrictions.

Various connection options are available for process integration. The sensor can be supplied with flange connections, threaded connections or hygienic clamp connections. This allows flexible integration into test systems, process installations and laboratory setups.

Typical applications for the SITRANS FCS100 include pilot plants, R&D laboratories and applications involving high-value fluid additives. Especially with small quantities and valuable media, precise and reliable flow measurement is essential.

The SITRANS FCS100 is always connected to a remote transmitter via a connection cable. This allows the sensor and transmitter to be installed at different locations. The result is greater flexibility in plant design and improved accessibility for operation and maintenance.
