The SITRANS FCS600 is a robust Coriolis flow sensor from the SITRANS FC series. It is designed for demanding operating conditions and for use with corrosive fluids. Thanks to its rugged construction, the sensor is suitable for industrial applications where reliable measured values are required even under difficult process conditions.
The sensor is available for nominal sizes from DN 2 to DN 65. Depending on the version, the double-curved measuring tubes are made of stainless steel AISI 316L or Alloy 22. Optional decoupling from external influences supports stable and reliable measurement even in demanding installation conditions.
The SITRANS FCS600 can be supplied with various process connections. Available options include flange connections, threaded connections and high-pressure autoclave connections. This allows the sensor to be flexibly integrated into different process plants.
The wide temperature range from -196 °C for cryogenic fluids up to +350 °C enables use in a broad variety of applications. For viscous liquids and melts, options for insulation and trace heating are available. This helps support reliable measurement where controlled media temperature is required.
The SITRANS FCS600 can be combined with compact or remote transmitters. This allows the measuring system to be adapted flexibly to the installation situation and the requirements of the plant.
