Performance Power for Advanced Machinery The challenges regarding productivity, energy efficiency, safety standards, and environmental friendliness for modern mobile work equipment have grown significantly. These goals can only be achieved through precise control of workflows and supporting processes, their automation, and dynamic energy management that aligns with current needs. An essential foundation for this is the use of advanced measuring technology.
We offer a range of advanced measuring devices, specifically designed for use in mobile work equipment. These products are optimally tailored to these special applications in terms of measuring range, precision, operating temperature, and overload protection. They meet standardized interface standards and offer the necessary compactness.
Resilience under Extreme Conditions Mobile work machines are operated under extreme and varying conditions – from vibrations and shocks to dust, mud, dryness, wetness, as well as temperature fluctuations and changing electromagnetic environments. Nevertheless, they are expected to deliver constant performance.
We respond to these demanding operating conditions with particularly robust measuring devices that combine expertise in measurement technology, high-quality materials, and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes with durable design. They are characterized by high shock and vibration resistance, excellent protection classes, and EMC properties.
Reliability for Maximum Operational Readiness Minimal downtime and maximum operational readiness are crucial requirements for mobile work machines. However, these are determined by the reliability of the components, which are critical for both the specific task and the operating condition of the machine. Therefore, the reliability requirements for such components are particularly high.
Examples of applications include:
- Construction equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and rollers
- Agricultural machinery such as tractors, combines, forage harvesters, and sprayers
- Forestry equipment such as harvesters, skidders, and loading cranes
- Material handling equipment such as mobile cranes, truck-mounted cranes, forklifts, and reach stackers
- Municipal technology such as vehicles for winter services, street sweepers, and garbage trucks
- For extreme operating conditions
- Signal stability thanks to CANopen®
- Reliable and accurate
- Customer-specific solutions
- High production capacities

The position sensor HySense® PO 180 works on the measuring wire principle. It can be easily mounted and does not need linear guiding. At the measuring wire principle, a specially manufactured and calibrated wire is tightly wound around a high-precision drum that is driven against the pulled direction by a spring motor. Through the detection of the winding process the sensor converts the linear movement into an electrical signal. All mechanical and electronic components are protected by a solid casing. It is available for several measurement ranges from 0-3000 mm. Areas of application could be e. g.: Load cranes Hydraulic presses Your benefit at a glance: Compact High resolution and accuracy High dynamic Insensitive to environmental influences

The HySense® CL 1xx is a high intelligence sensor that not only determines oil level precisely, but also measures the following oil condition parameters: relative humidity, relative permittivity, conductivity, and temperature. After a calibration phase, this sensor can evaluate an oil’s condition and output it based on implemented condition algorithms. Moreover, the corresponding analysis application that is implemented in MultiSystem measuring devices makes it enormously easier to operate and use the sensors. Finally, the intuitive menu navigation and the stored oil database both make it easy to quickly acquire, visualize, evaluate, and store oil condition parameters
