The precise measuring turbine QT 600 with internal thread connection according to DIN ISO 228, in combination with the measuring devices of the MultiSystem family enables a correct volume flow measurement with different hydraulic media and varying temperatures.

This product has been developed to compensate the viscosity dependency of the measuring turbine. It is a combination of a complex algorithm and a special calibration of the turbine. The use of the QT 600 with a Hydrotechnik’s measuring device allows the user to compensate this dependency. The user does not have to pay attention on measuring and controlling the viscosity. After installing the hardware you can now immediately begin with measurements. Further, this compensation permits the use of various hydraulic fluids at varying temperatures and your system works with consistently high accuracy.
The algorithm allows a manual input of the viscosity, and also their calculation on the basis of a temperature measurement. For this purpose reference is made to stored data in the system, depending on the chosen oil temperature-viscosity characteristics.
The new series HySense® QT 600 flow turbine is suitable even for applications with a high temperature difference between ambient and medium or rapid temperature changes.
