DWR pressure switches are particularly suitable as pressure switches or pressure limiters for fuel gases according to DVGW Worksheet G 260 and liquid fuels, e.g. heating oil, as well as for steam systems according to TRD 604 and hot water systems according to DIN EN 12828, systems according to DIN EN 12952-11 and DIN EN 12953-9.
The DWR is used for monitoring maximum and minimum pressures. This pressure switch is a special design and has been tested for 2 million switching cycles. TÜV and DVGW approvals are available. It features a robust housing made of seawater-resistant die-cast aluminium. The switching differential is adjustable on DWR-203 models.
Features and Benefits
- The DWR series is calibrated for rising pressure. This means that the adjustable switching pressure shown on the scale corresponds to the switching point at increasing pressure.
- The reset point is lower by the amount of the switching differential.
- For the -203 version, the switching differential is adjustable. The basic calibration remains unchanged.
- Burst pressure for all types ≥ 100 bar, verified by TÜV testing.
- Special-design sensor, tested for 2 million switching cycles.
- Suitable for maximum and minimum pressure monitoring.
