Milltronics MCS is a compact, rugged, and modular heavy-duty belt scale.
It provides continuous in-line weighing at minimal cost.
The stainless-steel load cells ensure long-term, consistent, and reliable measurements.
The modular construction and easy assembly of the MCS guarantee short delivery times to meet even the tightest schedules.
When operated with Milltronics BW500 or SIWAREX FTC microprocessor-based integrators, the MCS provides indication of flow rate, totalized weight, belt load, and belt speed of bulk solid materials on a conveyor belt.
To complete the weighing system, a speed sensor monitors conveyor belt speed for input to the integrator.
For mobile crushing equipment, the compact and rugged TASS speed sensor is designed for use with the MCS.
Note: Idler not included with belt scale.
