QUICKLAN6050 and QUICKLAN6055 are capable of detecting and indicating the display the presence of incorrect connections on LAN cables (crossed, split, reversed, shorted pairs, etc.) both of type UTP (unshielded) and of type STP or FTP (shielded/foiled).
QUICKLAN6050 also allows measuring cable length and saving the results of the tests in its internal memory.
