DatasheetPThe mobile test case type PRM is specially designed for the calibration and testing of tire pressure gauges in vehicle workshops, petrol stations, and calibration offices.
The compressed air inlet and test connections correspond to the standard couplings found at workshops and petrol stations.
The German Working Committee on Measurement and Verification (AGME) recommends GM-P 4.5 (Test Procedure for Tyre Pressure Gauges for Motor Vehicles).
The test case is 0equipped with a calibratable precision digital manometer type ADT680P.
Available measuring ranges are 7, 10, 20, 35, or 40 bar.
In addition to tire pressure gauges, brake pressure gauges and other pressure measuring instruments can also be checked or calibrated.
- Integrated precision hand calibration pump ICP 40.2 for pressure generation – ideal when no external pressure source is available
- Integrated 2-liter pressure tank as a buffer when no external air supply is available, including a filling valve for the pressure tank
The test case includes a built-in mobile precision calibration hand pump with a range of −1 … 0 … +40 bar, equipped with a fine volume regulator and venting option for easy and precise pressure generation.
A fine volume regulator allows for accurate adjustment of the test pressure, making the system independent of any external air supply.
An external air supply can be connected via a quick coupling with a downstream filter and pressure regulator.
Additionally, the internal 2,5-liter buffer tank can be activated.
A precise fine pressure adjustment is ensured by the integrated fine regulator.
