The PD-33X is a piezoresistive differential pressure transmitter for applications requiring highly accurate and stable differential pressure measurement. With an accuracy of ± 0.05 %FS, the transmitter is suitable for demanding measuring tasks in industry, laboratories and process engineering applications.
The device is designed for pressure ranges from 0…0.3 bar to 0…30 bar and can be used with a base pressure of up to 600 bar. Thanks to its high accuracy and excellent long-term stability, the PD-33X is particularly suitable wherever measured values must be recorded reliably and reproducibly over long periods.
The piezoresistive pressure sensor is isolated and encapsulated in a classic wet-wet design. In combination with a high-quality differential pressure sensor and proven mathematical compensation, the transmitter enables precise measurement even under demanding operating conditions.
A key advantage of the PD-33X is its flexible communication concept. The RS485 interface can be combined with an analog interface. In addition, the analog interface can be scaled via RS485, enabling a turn-down function. Process values can be transmitted and settings configured conveniently via the Modbus RTU protocol.
Typical applications include filter monitoring, flow measurement, leak detection, laboratory applications and general industrial applications. The PD-33X is therefore a suitable solution for precise differential pressure measurement in technical systems, test benches and industrial processes.
