DDCM1602-S Differential Pressure Switch 20…160 mbar | FEMA Pressure Switch

  • Adjustment range: 20…160 mbar
  • Switching differential: 2 … 20 mbar
  • Max. pressure: 3 bar
  • With service function

Datasheet

The DDCM differential pressure switches are suitable for monitoring and controlling differential pressures, for flow monitoring and for automatic control of filter systems. A double-chamber system with stainless steel bellows or Perbunan diaphragm detects the difference between the two applied pressures. The desired switching pressure is continuously adjustable within the listed ranges. All differential pressure monitors can also be used in the vacuum range. The switching differential is not adjustable. It is supplied with a robust housing made of seawater-resistant die-cast aluminium GD Al Si 12. Mounting directly on the pressure line or on a flat surface with two screws Ø 4 mm.

Please note the connection of the pressure lines:
P (+) = high pressure
S (-) = low pressure

Features and Benefits

  • The DDCM series is calibrated for falling pressure.
  • The adjustable pressure shown on the scale corresponds to the switching point at falling pressure.
  • The reset point is higher by the amount of the switching differential.

Certifications

  • SIL2 according to IEC 61508-2

Specification

  • Minimum Operating Ambient Temperature: -25
  • Maximum Operating Ambient Temperature: 70
  • Brand: CentraLine|FEMA
  • Switch Configuration: 8 A at 250, 5 A at 250 inductive, 8 A at 24 V DC, 0.3 A at 250 V DC|SPDT microswitch; capacity 5 A inductive, 8 A resistive|SPDT microswitch; capacity 5 A inductive, 8 A resistive
