Datasheet

DGM pressure switches for fuel gases are DVGW-tested according to DIN EN1854. The gas pressure switches are suitable for all gases according to DVGW Worksheet G260 and for air.

They are supplied with a robust housing made of seawater-resistant die-cast aluminium GD Al Si 12. The switching differentials largely depend on the set switching pressure and are not adjustable.

Features and Benefits

  • The DGM series is calibrated for rising pressure. This means that the adjustable switching pressure shown on the scale corresponds to the switching point at increasing pressure. The reset point is lower by the amount of the switching differential.
  • Suitable for maximum and minimum pressure monitoring.

  • Pressure connection: Male thread G 1/2 according to DIN 16 288 and female thread G 1/4 according to ISO 228 Part 1, permissible up to 4 bar.
  • Switching device: Seawater-resistant die-cast aluminium GD Al Si 12.
  • Protection rating: IP54, with vertical mounting position.
  • Pressure sensor materials: see type overview.
  • Ambient temperature: -25 to +60 °C. At ambient temperatures below 0 °C, it must be ensured that no condensation can form in the sensor or in the switching device.
  • Max. permissible operating pressure: see type overview.
  • Mounting: Either directly on the pipeline or on a wall surface with 2 screws, 4 mm diameter.
  • Mounting position: Vertically upwards and horizontal.
  • Adjustment: Continuously adjustable by screwdriver on the adjustment spindle. The set switching pressure is visible in the scale window.
  • Sealing option P2: On request, also retrofittable.
  • Switching differential: Largely independent of the set switching pressure. Not adjustable. For values, see type overview.
  • Switching capacity: 250 V AC resistive 8 A, 250 V AC inductive 5 A, 250 V DC resistive 0.3 A, 24 V DC 8 A.
  • Pressure test nipple: It must be ensured that a pressure test nipple is available at a suitable point on the gas consumption device.
