DPS differential pressure switches for ventilation and air-conditioning systems (not for fuel gases) are designed for filter monitoring, fan monitoring and airflow monitoring in HVAC systems. They are tested in accordance with the EU Gas Appliances Regulation EU/2016/426 and DIN EN 1854. The pressure medium is air as well as non-flammable and non-aggressive gases. The plastic connection piece has an outside diameter of 6 mm for measuring hose with an inside diameter of 5 mm. Connection P1 is for higher pressure, P2 for lower pressure. The sintered silicone diaphragm is resistant to outgassing. The switching mechanism is located on the P2 side.
