Practical

The test pumps and pressure generators are designed so that all pressure systems to be tested can be connected directly. The device under test (DUT) is easily connected via a robust industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the supplied adapters. The reference sensor is mounted directly on top of the pump using a positioning adapter.

The desired test pressure is generated using the handles and then precisely adjusted with the fine adjustment valve, ensuring the same pressure level at both instruments. The pressure relief valve allows smooth, stepless pressure reduction for an accurate and effortless test procedure, even when the pressure decreases.

At the most basic level, the pressure can be indicated with an analogue pressure gauge. Additionally, easy-to-read digital pressure gauges or handheld instruments can be used. By comparing the reference sensor’s display value with the DUT’s measured value, the accuracy can be verified or the gauge under test adjusted.

Mobile and Independent

SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. Their low weight and compact design allow easy transport directly to the measurement site. The instruments are immediately ready for use and operate without any external power supply. There is no need to carry nitrogen cylinders or connect to a compressed air system. The wear-free manual pressure generation is smooth and reliable regardless of ambient temperature or orientation.

Basic and Solid Versions

The Basic version of each test pump includes a suitable pressure hose. Hydraulic hoses are equipped with a self-sealing quick coupling. In the Solid version, inch, conical, or metric adapters are provided for all common thread connections. A matching sealing kit is also included. The transport case with moulded foam insert contains the complete equipment set.
