The COTEK SC series includes high-performance combination inverters with pure sine wave output. The units combine an inverter, battery charger and AC transfer function in one compact system and are particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable AC power and automatic battery charging.

The series is available in the models SC 1200 and SC 2000. Depending on the version, models for 12 VDC or 24 VDC battery systems are available. The output voltage is 200 / 220 / 230 / 240 VAC ± 3 %, while the output frequency is 50 / 60 Hz ± 0.3 % and adjustable.

The inverter provides a pure sine wave output with a total harmonic distortion of THD < 3 % at linear load. The SC 1200 model provides a continuous output power of 1200 W and an overload capacity of 2000 W for 1 second. The SC 2000 model provides a continuous output power of 2000 W and an overload capacity of 4000 W for 1 second.

The integrated battery charger operates with a nominal input of 230 VAC / 50-60 Hz and supports power factor corrected charging with a power factor of > 0.95. The charging current can be selected via DIP switches. Different charging current ranges are available depending on the model and battery voltage.

Comprehensive protection functions are integrated for safe operation. These include reverse polarity protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit, overload, overtemperature and battery temperature protection via RJ11 connection to the battery temperature sensor. The bypass relay provides a transfer time of < 16 ms.

The SC series is suitable for mobile and stationary power supply systems, backup power solutions, vehicles, boats, service vehicles and battery backup applications. The units can optionally be combined with CR 8, CR 16 B or CR 20 remote controls.
