DatasheetThe TRUSTEC / COTEK SD series includes powerful pure sine wave inverters with reliable AC transfer functionality and output ratings from 1500 W to 3500 W. The units are designed for professional applications requiring stable AC power, high availability and flexible scalability.
A key advantage of the SD series is its parallel operation capability. Up to 15 SD units can be operated in parallel to increase output power. This allows an AC power output of up to 52 kW to be achieved. In addition, three-phase operation is possible when three SD units are connected in parallel.
The integrated transfer switch enables synchronized AC transfer with a transfer time of 4 ms. This makes the SD series particularly suitable for applications where reliable switching between inverter operation and mains supply is required.
The inverters provide a pure sine wave output with a total harmonic distortion of THD < 3 % at nominal voltage and linear load. The output voltage is 200 / 220 / 230 / 240 VAC ± 3 %. The output frequency can be selected between 50 Hz and 60 Hz.
The SD series is available in the models SD1500, SD2500 and SD3500. Depending on the version, models are available for 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 48 VDC input voltage. The units are designed for harsh environments within an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C and comply with relevant safety and EMC requirements.
Comprehensive protection functions increase operational safety. These include reverse polarity protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection and overtemperature protection. The SD series is suitable for commercial and professional applications, vehicles, buses, yachts as well as mobile photovoltaic and off-grid systems.
