Ergonomics
The C.A 6163 is delivered in a robust yellow site case. It is equipped with a colour touchscreen that can be used even when wearing gloves. The multilingual user interface provides numerous help screens during operation, guiding users through visuals, text, and symbols.
The C.A 6163 can store up to 100,000 tests in its internal memory. It communicates via Wi-Fi or through its dual USB-A ports. Dedicated PC software transfers the test data via Wi-Fi or USB for analysis and report generation. Firmware upgrades are performed easily using a USB flash drive.
Four quick-action keys
The C.A 6163 installation tester features four quick-action keys for direct access to the most frequently used functions:
- Printout of a measurement using the label printer
- Display of help screens for the current function
- Return to the home screen
- Return to the previous menu
This layout allows the user to return directly to the home screen from any level of the HMI structure.
The C.A 6163 is also equipped with interfaces for barcode readers, RFID systems, remote controls, and indicator lamps. With its wide range of accessories, it can automatically print Pass/Fail stickers.
