ICP60 – Precision Hand Pressure Pump

  • Testing, adjustment and calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments
  • 3 in 1: Vacuum, low pressure and medium pressure calibration
  • exact setting in the mbar range thanks to ultra-fine thread pitch and large-volume regulating valve
  • tool-free changeover between overpressure and Vacuum generation
  • only pneumatic hand test pump up to 60 bar
Datasheet

Whether for on-site use in the workshop, measuring and test room, or laboratory, temperature calibrators can be used everywhere.
They are suitable for a wide range of industries and application areas, including:

  • Assembly and commissioning
  • Manufacturing and production
  • Maintenance and service
  • Quality assurance and test equipment monitoring
  • Repair

Practical

The test pumps and pressure generators are designed so that all pressure systems to be tested can be directly connected.
The device under test (DUT) is simply attached using the robust industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the supplied adapters.
The reference sensor is mounted directly on top of the pump using a positioning adapter.

The desired test pressure is first generated using the handles and then precisely adjusted with the fine adjustment valve.
This ensures that the same pressure level is present at both instruments.
The pressure relief valve allows smooth and stepless pressure reduction, providing an accurate and simple test process even when pressure decreases.

At the most basic level, pressure can be indicated using an analogue pressure gauge.
Alternatively, easy-to-read digital pressure gauges or handheld instruments can be used.
By comparing the display value of the reference sensor with the DUT measurement, it is possible to verify accuracy or calibrate the pressure gauge under test.

Mobile and Independent

The test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use.
Their low weight and compact design make them easy to transport directly to the measuring point.
They are immediately ready for operation and require no external power supply.
There is no need for nitrogen cylinders or connection to a compressed air network.
The wear-free, manually operated pressure generation is smooth and stable, regardless of ambient temperature or orientation.

Basic and Solid Versions

The Basic version of each test pump includes a suitable pressure hose.
Hydraulic hoses come equipped with a self-sealing quick coupling.
The Solid version includes inch, conical, or metric adapters for all common connection threads, as well as a matching sealing kit.
The transport case with a molded foam insert contains the complete equipment set, ensuring safe and convenient transport.
