ICP 10 Pneumatic Calibration Hand Test Pump

The ICP 10 is a compact pneumatic hand test pump designed to generate test pressures up to +10 bar (145 psi) and vacuum down to -0.85 bar (-25 inHg). It is suitable for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by means of comparison measurements.

An accurate reference pressure instrument and the device under test are connected to the ICP 10. When the hand pump is operated, the same pressure is applied to both instruments. By directly comparing the measured values at different pressure points, the accuracy of the device under test can be checked and, if necessary, adjusted.

Precise Pressure and Vacuum Generation

Despite its very compact dimensions, the ICP 10 provides simple and precise pressure generation. The pump can be switched to vacuum generation, making it suitable for measurements in both positive and negative pressure ranges.

The integrated fine adjustment valve allows precise setting of the required test pressure. Even small positive and negative pressures in the mbar range can therefore be adjusted accurately.

Flexible Connections

The supplied T-connector and two pneumatic hoses allow both the reference instrument and the device under test to be connected easily. The hoses are connected to the pump using convenient push-and-pull connectors.

Suitable Reference Pressure Instruments

Depending on the required pressure range and accuracy, the ICP 10 can be combined with digital or analogue reference pressure instruments such as the CPG1500, CPG1200, Model 312.20 or DPI705E.
