Datasheet

The ICP160 Portable Pneumatic Test Pump is a manual air pressure source designed for the precise generation of vacuum and pressure. It is ideally suited for calibration, testing and inspection tasks in both field applications and laboratory environments.

The unit is manufactured from a high-quality metal alloy using advanced production technology. This results in a robust, compact and lightweight design. The integrated internal tubing and high-quality sealing components ensure reliable and stable pressure generation across the entire operating range.

Compared to conventional pressure sources, the ICP160 enables faster and more uniform pressure build-up, precise fine adjustment and stable holding of the test pressure. Operation is simple and comfortable via the ergonomic handle and the precision control valve, allowing accurate pressure setting even at very low pressures.

Thanks to its portable construction and the supplied transport case, the ICP160 is perfectly suited for mobile use. It allows on-site calibration of pressure gauges, sensors, transmitters and manometers, as well as use on test benches or in calibration laboratories.

Typical Applications

  • Calibration of pressure sensors and pressure transmitters

  • Testing and adjustment of pressure gauges

  • Functional and leak testing

  • Service, maintenance and commissioning tasks
