The FEMA DCM3 universal pressure switch is a mechanical pressure switch designed for reliable monitoring and control of positive pressure in industrial systems. With its adjustable switching range of 0.2 to 2.5 bar, the DCM3 is ideally suited for applications in mechanical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, compressed air systems, water treatment and process industries. The robust pressure monitor reliably supervises system pressure and automatically switches electrical loads when the preset switching pressure is reached.
Thanks to its proven metal bellows technology, durable die-cast aluminum housing and high switching reliability, the FEMA DCM3 is widely used worldwide for pressure monitoring of liquids and gases. The switching pressure can be easily adjusted from the outside using a screwdriver, allowing the pressure switch to be adapted quickly to changing operating conditions.
Typical applications include monitoring pumps, compressors, compressed air systems, hydraulic power units, cooling circuits and industrial process plants. Due to its compact design, long service life and simple installation, the DCM3 is one of the most commonly used mechanical pressure switches for low-pressure applications.

Applications of the FEMA DCM3 Pressure Switch
The FEMA DCM3 pressure switch is used wherever pressure limits must be monitored reliably and electrical switching operations must be triggered automatically. Typical applications include pressure monitoring in pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic installations, cooling circuits, water treatment systems and industrial process equipment.
The DCM3 can be used both as a safety pressure monitor and as a control pressure switch. It protects systems against excessive or insufficient pressure and helps ensure safe and efficient operation. Due to its robust mechanical design and long service life, the pressure switch is particularly suitable for demanding industrial environments.
