DatasheetThe Seibersdorf SSM1+ is a portable, battery-operated radiation meter for measuring the photon equivalent dose rate and dose H*(10) of gamma and X-ray radiation. With an exceptionally wide measuring range from 10 nSv/h to 2 Sv/h, robust construction, and universal interfaces, the SSM1+ is designed for both laboratory and demanding field use. The PTB type-examination certificate (DE-18-M-PTB-0004) confirms its suitability for use in accordance with applicable metrology laws.

Conformity Assessment
The SSM1+ has a PTB type-examination certificate (DE-18-M-PTB-0004). The conformity assessment of a measuring device replaces the former initial calibration. According to current law, only the distributor can initiate the conformity assessment and issue the declaration of conformity. The initial recalibration after 2 years can also be commissioned by the user themselves.
