The testo 6456 compressed air meter DN65 – 250 (2½″ – 10″) enables continuous measurement of compressed air consumption, volumetric flow and temperature in large pipelines. The calorimetric measuring principle operates without moving wear parts and provides reliable consumption monitoring in industrial compressed air systems.

  • Three measured variables: volumetric flow, totalizer and temperature
  • Nominal diameters: DN65 / 80 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 200 / 250
  • Volumetric flow: depending on nominal diameter up to 459,800 l/min or 27,590 m³/h
  • Temperature measurement: -10 … +60 °C
  • TFT display: simultaneous display of three measured values
  • System integration: analog, pulse and switching outputs depending on version
  • Optional: integrated pressure measurement -1 … +16 bar with output option F02
  • Calorimetric measuring principle: no moving wear parts
