Operating Instructions

The LP-25 electric calibration test pump is designed for electric pressure generation (without manual effort) for testing, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by means of comparative measurement.

When the instrument under test and a sufficiently accurate reference instrument are connected to the LP-25 electric calibration test pump, both instruments are subjected to the same pressure when the pump is operated. By comparing the two measured values at any desired pressure point, the accuracy of the instrument under test can be checked or adjusted.

Thanks to the integrated electric pump, the LP-25 enables automatic and precise test pressure generation with the option to switch to vacuum generation. For precise adjustment during comparative testing, the LP-25 electric calibration test pump is equipped with a fine adjustment valve.

Both the instrument under test and the reference pressure measuring instrument (pressure calibrator) are mounted on top of the electric calibration test pump, using suitable thread adapters if required (see accessories).

No tools are required to connect the measuring instruments to the pump. Hand-tightening the instruments is sufficient.

Device Variants

The LP-25 electric calibration test pump is available in various versions:
  • Article No.: G14-G12
P1 connection for instrument under test: G 1/4″ female
P2 connection for reference instrument: G 1/2″ female
  • Article No.: G14-G14
P1 connection for instrument under test: G 1/4″ female
P2 connection for reference instrument: G 1/4″ female
  • Article No.: G12-G14
P1 connection for instrument under test: G 1/2″ female
P2 connection for reference instrument: G 1/4″ female
  • Article No.: G12-G12
P1 connection for instrument under test: G 1/2″ female
