The SITRANS FCT020 is a standard transmitter for Coriolis flowmeters of the SITRANS FC series. It is approved for applications with general safety requirements and provides precise measurement of key process values such as mass flow, density, temperature and volume flow.

The transmitter is available as a compact version or as a remote version. It can be combined with all SITRANS FC sensors. The complete flowmeter is selected using the full SITRANS FC order number.

Replacement transmitters are also selected via the SITRANS FC order number, but without sensor selection. This makes the FCT020 easy to integrate into existing SITRANS FC systems or to use as a replacement unit for installed measuring points.

As a performance feature, the tube condition monitoring function is available. It monitors important diagnostic data such as tube stiffness, sensor condition, possible deposits and other condition parameters. This helps detect potential performance issues at an early stage and supports better maintenance planning.

The SITRANS FCT020 is particularly suitable for applications where reliable Coriolis measurement with a clearly defined range of functions is required. It provides an economical solution for standard measuring tasks in industrial processes.
