The SITRANS FCT040 is an advanced transmitter for Coriolis flowmeters of the SITRANS FC series. It offers an extended range of functions, improved performance and supports not only standard flow measurement but also additional measuring and evaluation functions.

The transmitter is available as a compact version or as a remote version. It can be combined with all SITRANS FC sensors. The selection is made via the complete SITRANS FC order number. Replacement transmitters are also selected via the SITRANS FC order number, but without sensor selection.

During ordering, additional measurements and functions for concentration, fraction, viscosity, batching and heat calculation can be selected. This allows the SITRANS FCT040 to be flexibly adapted to different process requirements.

Available performance features include tube condition monitoring, standard concentration measurement, oil measurement function, fraction measurement with extended concentration functionality, viscosity function and batching function. This makes the transmitter suitable for demanding applications where additional process information is required in addition to pure flow measurement.
