The Druck IO624-LPA Low Pressure Accessory extends the modular pressure calibration system consisting of the DPI620G and PV624 with fully automated low-pressure generation and control. It enables very low pressures to be generated, controlled and stabilised precisely and repeatably without manual pumping.
The IO624-LPA combines an integrated low-pressure pump, precision electronics and a rechargeable battery in a compact and portable enclosure. Pressure setpoints are entered directly on the DPI620G. The DPI620G, PV624 and IO624-LPA then work together to automatically generate, regulate and stabilise the required pressure.

With the IO624-LPA, the PV624 system provides fully automated pressure generation and control up to ±0.5 bar or ±500 mbar. All pressure setpoints and system functions are controlled directly through the DPI620G.
This eliminates repeated manual pumping and adjustment of the test pressure. The required pressure setpoint is entered on the calibrator and automatically generated and stabilised by the system.

Suitable for very low differential pressures
When combined with a suitable PM620LP differential pressure module, the complete system can also calibrate very low-pressure sensors and pressure switches. PM620LP modules are available with differential pressure ranges starting at just ±2.5 mbar.
