Instrument Monoflanges


AS-Schneider Instrument Monoflanges are close coupled to a pre-installed primary isolation valve to provide a compact instrument Double Block and Bleed Valve or are used when primary isolation valves with an OS & Y Bolted Bonnet are not required. The needle valves of the Instrument Monoflanges are provided with a screwed bonnet. The Standard Pressure Instrument Connection is 1/2 NPT female, the Standard Process Connections are provided by Flange Connections acc. to ASME B 16.5. AS-Schneider is providing axial, radial or dual outlet types for either Horizontal or Vertical Flange Mounting.

The Monoflanges are available as Block, Block & Bleed or Double Block & Bleed designs.
