VariAS-Blocks Flange x Thread
AS-Schneider VariAS-Blocks are designed to replace conventional, multiple-valve installations and are close coupled to the process piping flange, for connecting process to instruments. Primary and Secondary Isolation Valve are, as standard, ball type valves with floating ball, the bleed valve can be provided as needle type valve with screwed bonnet as well as ball type valve with a 3-way T-Port ball. The Standard Pressure Instrument Connection is 1/2 NPT female, the Standard Process Connections are provided with Flange Connections acc. to ASME B 16.5. AS-Schneider VariAS-Blocks are provided with an axial outlet and normally used for Vertical Installations (Vertical Tap).
The VariAS-Blocks are available as Single Block & Bleed or Double Block & Bleed designs. Options like Sampling and Injection Applications are also available. The VariAS-Blocks are available with Bore Size 10, 14 and 20 mm.
