Dynisco PT465XL Nozzle Pressure Transducer

The Dynisco PT465XL measures polymer melt pressure in injection molding machines directly at the machine nozzle or hot runner. A protective flexible armored cable extends from the electronics housing to the sensor tip, providing excellent strength and extended service life.

Located in the nozzle, the PT465XL provides a very accurate measurement of the plastic melt pressure before it enters the mold. The design with Inconel 718 diaphragm, free-spinning jam nut and flexible capillary is especially suitable for high-temperature processes and installations with limited mounting space.
