Dynisco PT4655XL & PT4656XL Nozzle Pressure Transmitters

Dynisco models PT4655XL and PT4656XL measure polymer melt pressure in injection molding machines directly at the machine nozzle or hot runner. A protective flexible armored cable extends from the electronics housing to the sensor tip, providing excellent strength and extended service life.

The built-in amplifiers provide standardized voltage outputs, depending on the model, for direct connection to data acquisition systems, SPC/SQC programs or control systems. Compared with standard mV/V strain gauge outputs, the amplified signals offer improved resistance to electrical noise. The sensors feature an Inconel 718 diaphragm, a free-spinning jam nut and adjustable zero and span settings.
