Dynisco PT4654XL Melt Pressure Transmitter

The Dynisco PT4654XL is a melt pressure transmitter for injection molding machines, hot runners and nozzle applications. The transmitter reliably measures polymer melt pressure and provides an industrial 4–20 mA output signal for connection to data acquisition systems, SPC/SQC programs or control systems.

The robust design with an Inconel 718 diaphragm is suitable for demanding high-temperature processes up to 400 °C. The sensor features adjustable zero and span settings, internal 80% shunt calibration and a 1/2-20 UNF process connection with jam nut for easy installation in space-restricted areas.
