ICP 40.2 – Precision Hand Pressure Pump

Whether for on-site use in the workshop, in the measuring and testing room or laboratory, the test pumps and pressure generators are used everywhere. A wide range of industries with a wide variety of applications is covered.

  • Assembly, commissioning
  • Manufacturing, production
  • Maintenance, Service
  • Quality assurance, test equipment monitoring
  • Repair

Practical
The test pumps and pressure generators have been developed in such a way that all pressure systems to be tested can be directly adapted. The test item is simply connected via the robust, industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the adapters supplied. The reference is mounted directly on top of the pump using a positioning adapter.

The desired test pressure is first generated using the handles and then set exactly with the fine adjustment valve. This means that the pressure level on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve enables stepless pressure reduction and allows a precise and easy test run even when the pressure drops.

In the simplest case, the pressure is displayed using an analogue manometer. In addition, easy-to-read digital pressure gauges or hand-held measuring instruments can be used. By comparing the displayed value of the reference and the measured value of the test item, the accuracy can be checked or the pressure gauge to be tested can be adjusted.

Mobile and Independent
The test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. The low weight and compact design enable easy transport directly to the measuring point. The instruments are immediately ready for use and work without additional supply voltage. It is not necessary to carry nitrogen bottles or to connect to a compressed air network. The wear-free pressure generation is simple and smooth, regardless of the ambient temperature and orientation by hand.

Basic and Solid version
A suitable pressure hose is part of the basic equipment of the basic version of each test pump. The hydraulic hoses are equipped with a self-sealing quick coupling. In the Solid version, imperial, conical or metric adapters are available for all common connecting threads. The matching sealing kit is also included in the scope of delivery. The transport case with molded foam insert contains all the equipment.

Description

General information
The model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge takes the concept of an analogue gauge, and raises it to a level only matched by digital calibrators. The accuracy of digital measurement technology and the simplicity of an analogue gauge are combined together to create the digital pressure gauge CPG1500, which in terms of performance, ease-of-use, and instrument features, is unmatched in the pressure measurement market. Accuracy
The digital pressure gauge CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % of span (optional 0.05 % of span) and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 … +50 °C (14 … 122 °F). Readings can be displayed in one of 26 pressure and 5 level units or also in customer-specific units, so that intricate conversions are avoided.

Sampling rate
The measuring rate can be user-defined to match the type of measurement required. Standard applications usually use three measured values per second. If required, this rate can also be set to 50 measured values per second. Via an energy-saving function, the digital pressure gauge CPG1500 switches automatically into “sleep” mode, in this mode the battery life can be increased up to 2,500 hours. Features
Through the new and innovative menu navigation, simple operation is ensured. The clear display, with integral bar graph display and large text area, assists with the effective analysis of the widest variety of measuring points. With the MIN/MAX function, the highest and lowest pressures can be accessed immediately and saved automatically.
