Dynisco ECHO™ Melt Pressure Sensors
The Dynisco ECHO™ Series provides reliable melt pressure measurement for general extrusion applications at an attractive price-performance ratio. The sensors are designed around standard configurations and common pressure ranges and are suitable for applications requiring robust and repeatable pressure measurement.
ECHO™ sensors feature a titanium aluminum nitride coating as standard, providing improved performance compared with less effective titanium nitride coatings. Depending on the model, output signals such as 3.33 mV/V, 0–5 VDC, 0–10 VDC or 4–20 mA are available. Optional Type J or K thermocouples and PT100 RTD configurations can be supplied for melt temperature measurement.
