Dynisco PT415D Food Extrusion Pressure Transducer
The Dynisco PT415D is a pressure transducer for food and medical extrusion applications where a fill material meeting FDA and USDA requirements is required. The sensor uses a special high-temperature fill material, sodium potassium, and an Inconel diaphragm to provide accurate pressure measurement at process temperatures up to 400 °C.
The PT415D Series offers accuracy better than ±0.5% FSO, high repeatability and a robust all-welded stainless steel construction with washdown capability. For easy connection and disconnection, the transducer is available with a 1/2-14 NPT conduit fitting or a 6-pin hermetically sealed Bendix-style connector.
