Dynisco PT4196 Alternate Fill Melt Pressure Sensor

The Dynisco PT4196 is an alternate fill melt pressure sensor for food and medical applications. The food-grade oil fill meets FDA and USDA requirements and is suitable for processes where conventional fill materials are not permitted.

The sensor provides an industrial 0–10 VDC output signal and is designed for direct connection to DCS and PLC systems. Adjustable zero and span settings allow easy adaptation to the respective process conditions. Optional thermocouple or RTD configurations are available for melt temperature measurement.
