Dynisco EPR3 Push Rod Melt Pressure Sensor
The Dynisco EPR3 is a high-temperature melt pressure transducer utilizing push-rod technology and was developed as an alternative to the PT420 and PT460 filled sensor series. The mechanical push-rod measuring principle makes the sensor particularly suitable for applications where the use of a fill fluid is not desirable.
Typical applications include food and medical product extrusion as well as photographic film manufacturing. The robust stainless-steel construction provides reliable pressure measurement at process temperatures up to 400 °C and pressure ranges up to 700 bar.
