Dynisco RT350 Signal Conditioner

The Dynisco RT350 is a versatile signal conditioner for strain gauge sensors. It accepts input signals from strain gauge transducers and provides an optically isolated, amplified DC output. This makes the RT350 suitable for applications where sensor signals must be transmitted reliably to recorders, data loggers, process monitoring systems or control systems.

Typical applications include measurement and control tasks where the output signal needs to be adjusted at the control panel rather than directly at the machine. With its plug-in design, diagnostic LEDs and convenient shunt calibration switch, the RT350 is easy to install, adjust and verify.

The input and output ranges are field selectable. The signal conditioner supports input signals from 0…5 mV to 0…400 mV and several output signals such as 0…10 V, 0…5 V, 0…20 mA or 4…20 mA. Zero offset can be adjusted in 15 % increments over a ±100 % range, while non-interactive zero and span adjustment provides simple matching to the connected sensor.
