The Dynisco Melt Monitor Series combines rugged melt pressure measurement with an integrated digital local display and is designed for demanding polymer processing applications. Both the Indicator Series and the Alarm Series are based on an all-welded stainless steel construction and are built for use in harsh process environments. Both versions include an integrated digital display, peak display function and digital auto-zero.
With an optional built-in temperature sensor, both versions can display melt pressure as well as process temperature. This makes them especially suitable for applications where both pressure and temperature must be monitored locally. Both product lines support customer-defined engineering units and are available in PSI, bar, MPa or kg/cm².
The Indicator Series is the right choice for users looking for a reliable and easy-to-use local pressure indicator with optional temperature indication. The Alarm Series expands this concept with programmable alarm relays, digital inputs for remote reset and remote zero, retransmission outputs and RS-485 MODBUS RTU communication. This makes the Alarm Series particularly suitable for applications requiring alarm setpoint monitoring, early warning functions and integration into higher-level control systems.
