Dynisco MDT435F / MDT467F Melt Pressure Transmitters

The Dynisco MDT435F / MDT467F Series includes new 2-wire melt pressure transmitters with 4…20 mA output signal for use in critical environments with high interference potential. The devices are designed so that the current signal can be transmitted reliably over long distances, even when unshielded connection cables are used.

A key feature of the series is the “Auto-Zero” function. Zero adjustment can be initiated directly in the field via a push button on the transducer or remotely from the control room or central control system. The applied process pressure is converted by the integrated 2-wire amplifier into a proportional 4…20 mA output signal.

The MDT435F and MDT467F models feature a special short sensing head with 1/2″-20 UNF thread and a flexible, partly free capillary to the amplifier housing. This makes them especially suitable for applications with limited installation space. The series also includes integrated electronic range calibration and defined fault signal behavior according to NAMUR NE 43.
