Dynisco TG422J Thermocouple for General Extrusion Measurements
The Dynisco TG422J is a versatile thermocouple for general temperature measurements in extrusion applications. Thermocouples are among the most common temperature sensing devices because they provide a simple, rugged and economical solution for temperature measurement in industrial processes.
The TG422J is designed as a Type J thermocouple and is suitable for a temperature range from 0…900 °F. With its fiberglass insulated element and 304 stainless steel sheath, the probe is well suited for typical plastics industry applications. Depending on the installation requirements, the probe can be supplied straight or manufactured with a 45° or 90° bend.
For flexible installation, the thermocouple is available with an adjustable brass or bayonet fitting. Dynisco temperature thermocouples are designed and manufactured to applicable ISA standards. Accuracy is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
