Dynisco TDA4XX Series

The Dynisco TDA4XX Series includes pressure transmitters with integrated temperature measurement for combined process pressure and media temperature monitoring at a single measuring point. The transmitters are based on the proven MDA series and provide a sealed, liquid-filled pressure transmission system with an output signal proportional to the process pressure. The pressure applied by the medium is transmitted through the separating diaphragm and the mercury-filled capillary to the measuring diaphragm.

The deformation of the diaphragm changes the resistance values of the applied strain gauges. With the applied supply voltage, this generates a signal proportional to the process pressure. The integrated thermocouple enables simultaneous temperature measurement directly at the medium. This makes the series particularly suitable for applications where pressure and temperature must be measured at one point.

The TDA4XX transmitters are designed for media temperatures up to 400 °C and feature a flexible connection between housing and stem. The liquid-filled transmission system, integrated electronic calibration device and smooth flush diaphragm enable reliable measurement in demanding industrial applications. Depending on the required accuracy, the TDA432 model with 0.5 % accuracy and the TDA463 model with 1.0 % accuracy are available.
