DatasheetThe switched-mode DC-DC converters type 2239.3, 2239.30 and 2239.33 are compact DC voltage converters for industrial applications, mobile electrical systems and technical installations with 12 VDC supply. The units are designed as step-up converters and convert an input voltage of 11 to 14.5 VDC into an output voltage of 24 VDC.
The converters are designed for wall mounting and housed in a robust aluminium die-cast enclosure. Depending on the version, rated output power up to 288 W is available. Types 2239.3 and 2239.30 provide an output current of 6 A, while type 2239.33 provides an output current of 12 A.
The output voltage follows the input voltage proportionally. Type 2239.30 additionally provides output voltage limitation at 26 V. Types 2239.3 and 2239.30 provide IP65 protection and are splash-water protected. Type 2239.33 is designed with IP54 protection.
The common negative pole is not connected to the housing. This makes the converters suitable for applications where a common ground is required but must remain electrically isolated from the housing. The units can be connected in parallel and can therefore be used flexibly in corresponding DC power supply systems.
Electrical input and output connections are made via cables. The required cable length must be specified when ordering and is charged separately. EMC compliance is specified according to EN 61000-6-1 and EN 61000-6-3.
