The Mean Well ISDR-120 series includes compact industrial DIN rail power supplies with an output power of 120 W. The units are designed as single-output power supplies with built-in active PFC function and are suitable for use in control cabinets, machine control systems, automation systems and industrial power distribution applications.

The series is available in three output versions: 12 VDC, 24 VDC and 48 VDC. Depending on the model, output currents of 10 A, 5 A or 2.5 A are available. The output voltage can be adjusted within a defined range, for example from 12 to 14 V, 24 to 28 V or 48 to 55 V.

Thanks to the integrated active power factor correction, the ISDR-120 series achieves a power factor of PF > 0.93. Efficiency is up to 91 % depending on the model. In addition, the power supply provides 150 % peak load capability for short-term load requirements.

Comprehensive protection functions are integrated for safe operation. These include protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature. Recovery is automatic or by power cycling depending on the protection function. Cooling is achieved by free air convection, so no fan is required.

The power supplies can be mounted on DIN rail TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15. A built-in DC OK relay contact enables simple monitoring of the output status. The units are designed for industrial applications, provide high EMC and immunity performance and undergo a 100 % full-load burn-in test.
