The Mean Well WDR-120 series includes compact industrial DIN rail power supplies with an output power of 120 W. The units are designed for use in control cabinets, machine control systems, automation systems and industrial power distribution networks.

A key advantage of the WDR-120 series is its very wide input voltage range. The power supplies can be operated with 180 to 550 VAC or 254 to 780 VDC, making them suitable for single-phase and two-phase supply systems. The units are designed for installation on DIN rail TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15.

The series is available in three output versions: 12 VDC, 24 VDC and 48 VDC. Depending on the model, output currents of 10 A, 5 A or 2.5 A are available. The output voltage can be finely adjusted within a defined range, for example from 12 to 15 V, 24 to 29 V or 48 to 58 V.

Comprehensive protection functions are integrated for safe operation. These include protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature. Recovery is automatic after the fault condition has been removed. Cooling is achieved by free air convection, so no additional fan is required.

The WDR-120 series features a built-in DC OK relay contact for output status monitoring. The units are approved according to UL508 for industrial control equipment, meet the industrial immunity level according to EN61000-6-2 and undergo a 100 % full-load burn-in test.
