The Mean Well ISD-25 series includes compact DC-DC converters with an output power of 25 W. The units are designed as single-output converters and are suitable for industrial DC power supplies, control systems, machine applications and compact electronic systems.

The series offers different input voltage ranges with a 2:1 wide input range. Depending on the model, input ranges of 9.2 to 18 VDC, 19 to 36 VDC or 36 to 72 VDC are available. This allows the converters to be flexibly integrated into different DC supply systems.

On the output side, models with 5 VDC, 12 VDC or 24 VDC are available. Depending on the version, the output current is up to 5 A at 5 VDC, 2.1 A at 12 VDC or 1.1 A at 24 VDC. The output voltage can be adjusted within a defined range.

For reliable operation, the ISD-25 series includes protection functions against short circuit, overload and overvoltage. Recovery is automatic after the fault condition has been removed. The built-in EMI filter supports low ripple noise and reliable operation in industrial environments.

The units operate with a fixed switching frequency of 83 kHz and provide an I/O isolation of 1500 VAC. The operating temperature range is -10 °C to +60 °C, depending on the derating curve. Thanks to its compact design and high reliability, the series is particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space.
