Dynisco VPC-999084 Transducer Simulator

The Dynisco VPC-999084 is a transducer simulator for fast troubleshooting of strain gauge based measurement loops. The instrument simplifies the checking of Dynisco strain gauge pressure transducers, signal conditioners, indicators and controllers by simulating defined transducer output signals.

The simulator can be connected into the measurement loop to determine whether a fault is caused by the pressure transducer itself, the wiring, the signal conditioner or the display instrument. This makes the VPC-999084 especially useful for service, maintenance, commissioning and quick diagnostics directly at the machine.

The output signal is selectable in 20 % steps and can also be adjusted using a variable trim pot. Different transducer signals can be simulated through the selectable output sensitivity. The standard 6-pin Bendix connector allows easy connection to typical Dynisco measurement chains.
