The Dynisco PPS1100 is a portable pressure source for quick, efficient and accurate field checking of pressure transducers. It is particularly suitable for service work, maintenance, commissioning and comparison measurements directly at the installation site.
To perform a pressure test, the transducer is removed from the process and installed in the pressure port on the PPS1100 manifold. The required engineering unit is selected and pressure is generated with the hand pump until the desired pressure reading is reached. The pressure reading on the PPS1100 can then be compared with the transducer output to verify its accuracy.
The PPS1100 offers a pressure range of 0…700 bar with an accuracy of ±0.1 % full scale. The instrument is battery powered, rugged and easy to carry. With memory function, serial communication, selectable pressure units and various display and test functions, the portable pressure source is a practical solution for regular testing and calibration tasks in industrial environments.
