Dynisco UPR900 Process Indicator
The Dynisco UPR900 is a compact 1/4 DIN process indicator for displaying pressure and/or temperature values. It is especially suitable for plastics processing applications where melt pressure, melt temperature or differential pressure must be displayed clearly on a local panel instrument.
The UPR900 features a 160 × 80 graphical LCD display with backlight. The display supports graphical trend views of process values, alarms and events. On alarm, the LED backlight can change colour from green to red, making critical process conditions immediately visible. A setup wizard supports easy commissioning and configuration.
The process indicator can accept input signals from strain gauge sensors, thermocouples and linear voltage or current signals. An optional secondary input allows differential pressure display or a combination of pressure and temperature measurement in one instrument. Process values can be retransmitted to other devices via analog output. Communication is available through an isolated RS-485 interface with Modbus RTU; Modbus RS-485 and Modbus TCP Ethernet are also supported.
