Dynisco 1391 Indicator Series Process Indicator
The Dynisco 1391 is a microprocessor-based process indicator in a compact 1/8 DIN format. It provides a field-selectable display and dual configurable alarms, making it suitable for applications where process values from current loop or voltage signals must be displayed, monitored and optionally retransmitted to other systems.
The 1391 includes a built-in power supply designed to power voltage or current transmitters. This allows 2- and 4-wire transmitters to be supplied directly from the indicator. The operator can store operating parameters, including instrument span, alarm settings and transducer calibration, using the four front-panel pushbuttons.
The process indicator can optionally be equipped with MODBus communication and analog retransmission. With the DynaLink configuration software, instrument configurations can be stored, downloaded and managed. Functions such as peak and valley detection, current loop break protection and open input detection support reliable process monitoring and simplify diagnostics during operation.
